Work culture better than other multinational bank. Salary date is always on 25 th or even before . There is no unethical pressure in the company.

Dislikes

The salary hike in India has been terrible over the last 3 years. Even though the company makes unprecedented profits it is not shared with the employees. The bonus payouts are very bad as well at all levels if compared to other international banks.
