The work culture was great.

Dislikes

No better hike,no promotion despite working for Deutsche Bank for 6 years. Few people even if they are good at work and have a great amount of experience in handling products but their culture and communication are really poor towards their fellow colleagues.

Deutsche Bank offers great work life balance.Its leave policy is best in the industry. Always upto date with latest technologies and trends in market.

Dislikes

Observed high amount of politics in some department where your ability to please the manager is measured more than the actual skills. Some departments deviated from the product based culture to sevice based culture.

Excellent work environment with enough opportunity to contribute and progress at work. Very helpful colleagues and a great HR team. These guys are serious about HR policies and really try their best. Upskilling learning opportunities also available in plenty. Very involved senior leadership and Management Board with many interaction programs. There's connectedness here.

Dislikes

Need some level of more transparent communication that is agreeable to senior management to better cascade changes to teams, so that changes are not viewed as sudden and chaotic. Rest all is good.

Policies are good but hr is external and for technical roles the responsibilities are not clear.

Dislikes

Not having clear role and responsibilities. Toxic culture. Make you feel little in front of others. No proper hr channel . No skip meetings .too much politics and inhumanity.

Manager behaviour, in the mid night 2-3 clock they will call you and ask you tho submit you work no matter it’s urgent or not. I have seen people who got hospitalised and join very next day due to manager pressure. And the behaviours by the senior is remarkable. They will abuse you like hell. I have seen people went through counselling to get the smile bank on their face
