Dislikes

Attitude of Management. Each and every time they just start shouting on each and every employee whereas they are senior or junior. It over 37 years old company with having 8+ employees only. The oldest employee is a peon and a office boy only. Ruined the carrier of many employees. Withheld the salary and experience letter of many employees. Every 2nd day an architect leaves the job from there and new vacancy opened for new employee. After joining here you would came to konw that you have wasted your life working here and there as they will let you know that you are nothing, just an empty box....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
