Pressure is all round the corner. The management is very bad and partial. No growth in the company. You need to be a bucket for your managers to survive in this company.

Dislikes

Top management is very horrible. They only want sales. They are not human. There is no life in this company. we are just a machine making revenue in this organization. There is no job security, you may be fired any time with no valid reason. We can not argue against anyone. We can not voice out our opinions. If we complain then our life will be hell. No appraisals or incentives.
