Its a women leadership company. Favouritism and office politics are toxic. Too much wokism. Feedbacks are not direct. Coach and managers speaks with High sounding words, essentially means nothing. Unless you are aligned to their politics you are out

Working hours may be long, depends on your engagement. Difficult to find time for learning and firm contributions (Organization's additional expectations). First 1st year is going to be hard, but put in the effort and be patient the doors will open. Your work location is a major factor that influences Hike and Promotions.

The people at Deloitte. It’s all about them. The culture is great and they pay well. I feel If you are working in a consulting environment, you cannot complain about the work. You just enjoy work and take those disconnects to relax and refill. They are paying well so I don’t have any complaints

Dislikes

I would not say it is about Deloitte but yeah It is about a few people at the leadership level and I feel, people at that level should be honest and reliable because their decisions have a larger impact on employees.

The work eventually becomes mundane. Despite multiple upskilling and certification options available, there is hardly any time or patience remaining after work to pursue those. So, more or less, you're doomed with what you learn on the project.
