No growth, they insist on creating network at on boarding itself and it will create group within team and overall it has negative impact .in 4 year I was billable for entire duration and when it comes for growth , their question was what I did for organization whereas people who were on bench doing off project support work got promoted . When it comes to visa processing rule we're changed for me whereas for 4-5 people in my team were sent for visa interview. I was part of a project for 2 year but instead of proposing my name for on-site some one else has gone because I was part of different network....Read More
