Work life balance is worst, working more than 12 hrs seems as normal here if you try to discuss about it with reporting person they will blame you saying, why you take the work, and if you don't then they'll say that not taking more initiative in your appraisal. They say working hours are flexible, but that is for there benefit you login at 10 and be prepared to work till 11 night, tightly packed sprints with no space to breathe, even if you are on planned leave, the story points allocated to you is almost same what is allocated to person who is not on leave....Read More

As long as ur in project all is good , but once ur on bench it affects ur growth. I have seen my teammate getting fired because he was on bench for 40 days
