Now onto what I dislike about working here: 1. You have way too many resources but no guidance. If you are just starting out in your career, finding proper guidance here will be difficult. 2. You literally own your career but at the same time you don't. You don't get to choose even the domain you are working in but at the same time, since you have no one mentoring you or guiding you, you are responsible for your career. 3. The appraisals and promotions and consequently raises are a joke. It all depends on what kind of relationship you have managed to build with the projects leads. 4. No work life balance, you only have a work life. If you want to be promoted and actually build a career here, you need to live, breathe, eat and sleep Deloitte.
