There is nothing to like. The team I was part of had a horrible senior manager. He openly admitted of micro managing team during WFH when COVID was prevalent. They micro managed like anything and people were expected to work like mad dogs clocking 16-18 hours in a day. Earlier I loved Deloitte for its culture and environment as soonas I joined my ex team I lost every ounce of respect I had for Deloitte. Deloitte exploits people to maximum extent....Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
