15-18 hrs of work per day with high pressure, cannot take Leaves as per your need, no job security, they can ask you to leave the firm anytime they want, you get paid less then the average industry pay, toxic culture.

Work Details

There is only work and no life, and if you raise any question or cannot work for 15-18 hrs per day including weekends they will ask you to resign.

Flexibility, Compensation and benifits, People are supportive. Leaves, insurance benifits .

Dislikes

Long working hours. No work life balance in busy season. Weekend also people are working.

Great learnings from the company but in busy season they expect you to work all seven days in week. There is no work life balance. Work pressure is always there in seasons

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
