The tenured leadership is sick and do not want any fresh approach, Leaders who are stuck for years are very in-secured to take bold calls for the good of process and always in the mood of let go. Promotion and Salary is completely based on your rating given by team leader. So if you are working hard but your team leader is biased then you will get bad ratings which affects promotion and appraisal.

There’s nothing to like here. Security system is bad, everybody is aware of your personal details. Emails and phone numbers. I saw my friend getting harassed for 2 years and this is because of data breach and they have asked her to lodge a complaint in police station . They haven’t acknowledged anything being a mnc. After that he started looping everyone in vulgur mails harassing her cc’ing everyone. Eventhough she gave complaints about specific person. They went and confronted that guy and he obviously wouldn’t accept and recently he has accepted all his mistakes infront of police and pleaded guilty. He was a Bangalore employee....Read More
