Performance management is worst part of Deloitte, If Manager is happy you will get the promotion irrespective of the work done. Promotions are very difficult in Deloitte, they just find reasons to deny Promotions for hard working people. This is the place for show off people who just dependent on English than the skills.

Great culture and learining opportunities. You get ample opportunities to learn and grow urself. Hike and Appraisals are great

WLB is a myth in Deloitte Managers expect you to work min 12 hrs daily Even the technologies we work on are very outdated Most of the projects are 2-11 shift

Wellbeing allowance of 25k per year, joining bonus. New hire allowance. We have co-location, office parties, but it is not more than work life balance.

Dislikes

Micromanagement, no work life balance. Not worth to join here. For Salesforce mostly have support projects, least development projects. If you get offer first ask for which department they are hiring for and what work they have. Use deloitte offer only to get counter offer but dont join.

Toxic managers keep staying in the firm. Leadership does nothing to help and employees keep leaving in helpless situation. Managers yell at their reportees and there's no respect
