There is no work life balance, work pressure is high, in addition you have to to firm initiatives else your year end will be screwed. There is a clear favouritism culture which is justified in the name of networking, hard work doesn't matter, closeness to cabins does. One good thing is learning curve is good and hikes are better than industry.
