Dislikes

Lots of politics at work. Favourable employees gets good projects. They assign you a supervisor to take help, but he rarely replies back and will only listen to you for limited time. You don't know whom to reach out for any particular query unless you have many connections within the company. You will be recognised based on your co curricular activities and not for your skills and hardwork.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
