I think the flexibility that Deloitte offers is amazing and as an employee, I am free to work from wherever I want to, and there is no micro management. The team is very professional and there is not much hierarchy.

Dislikes

The salary paid by Deloitte is not commensurate to the work. Appraisal, especially at Deloitte, India are not up to the mark and overall I believe you are underpaid significantly at Deloitte.

- my initial 1.5 years was great because of my project later my project changed and the working hours extended. long working hours as 12 to 15hrs per day. -Did not got promoted even after my performance was good. -Late night calls

There are few things like hybrid working model, you can work from any Deloitte office within the country and its completely dependents on the client's ask.

Dislikes

Deloitte India, has not touched the bar of USI. Partners are not approachable, they think that they're GOD! Evening this decided by the partners, doesn't matter what's their in your KPI's. There is no transparent process for appraisal or any other things.
