I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

Actually i didnt worked but i completed upto l2 Round Interview

My Feeling is deloitte might be improved a lot due to some unprofessional interviewers it is unable to get proper out put interviewer doesent even know if logo change as bug what will be the priority and Severity of that bug First time i felt i am loosing the job due to some other guy lack of knowledge...
