The work culture is very toxic when it comes to Deloitte India. The management will hire you for your skillsets and then place you in a role which is totally not related to you and then they won't even help you out or listen to you.

Deloitte was used to be a good company where we had a transparency with management in all the terms and appraisals are like you will receive actually you deserve. But in last 1.5 years everything is changed there is transparency you will not get what you deserve and work-life balance session will be conducted at morning 6-7am

It’s not about Deloitte particularly, it’s the overall problem with service based organisations “Utilization”. After every 3-6 months (depending on project duration) you have to market your CV. Create your network connect with directors and Partners for new projects, as if it your responsibility to get the project.
