Moderate work life balance. Excellent work culture. Praises the good work and has some excellent employee growth culture and exclusive perks.

Dislikes

Managers aren’t clear about their team and can’t maintain a good team balance. They in turn effect the project work.

No salary hikes at all. TLs says upskill to so that promotion or hikes can be given a thought. From past 2 years only (5 + 7) 12% yearly raised given by company regardless of good and improving performance reviews. It feels like these PR are total fake or like a scam.

It's my first company so I can't really compare it with any other companies. But I think leaves are enough, the wellbeing subsidy is a good help.

They asked us to come to office thrice a week and stopped the travel allowance. I'm from Mumbai and came to Hyderabad because this was my base location. There’s nothing to like here. Security system is bad, everybody is aware of your personal details. Emails and phone numbers. I saw my friend getting harassed for 2 years and this is because of data breach and they have asked her to lodge a complaint in police station . They haven’t acknowledged anything being a mnc. After that he started looping everyone in vulgur mails harassing her cc’ing everyone. Eventhough she gave complaints about specific person. Performance management is worst part of Deloitte, If Manager is happy you will get the promotion irrespective of the work done. Promotions are very difficult in Deloitte, they just find reasons to deny Promotions for hard working people. This is the place for show off people who just dependent on English than the skills.

Great place for collaboration and networking. Amazing facilities but restricted usage based on career level. Decent leadership depending on the business you're in. Okay benefits and hybrid work environment.

Dislikes

Not market leaders in terms of compensation. Deloitte plays it safe by staying in top 5 for pay. Promotions happen only if there is enough budget in the business and Business leader's personal preference. Too many rules and restrictions.
