Likes

The culture is awesome at Deloitte. People are also very friendly, and managers and leads are cooperative and understanding. Compensation benefits are also good compared to other service-based companies[not product companies]. People are expected to fulfill their responsibilities but are provided with flexibility at work regarding timings, early logg off, PTOs.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
