No more a place with good work culture, reduced quality ,pay not adjusted to market, becoming another low class service based company. If you are a fresher they will use you very badly just as a backup for the whole team shamelessly all the time without guiding you .

Dislikes

Not giving PTOs to female employees and torturing them. This has become worst. Targeting and putting entire qork on new team members shamelessly without guiding or training them in the internal DDAI vertical.

They would speak sweetly yo cover outside world. But when it comes to reality they will turn your life up side down. Words don't alignment with their actions. For last 1 year I worked for more than 11 hours per day.

Promotions are tough. You have to prove harder as you move up the ladder esp Upper middle management roles. The company test you a lot to see if you are fit to be in leadership role. HR is slow
