I think the flexibility that Deloitte offers is amazing and as an employee, I am free to work from wherever I want to, and there is no micro management. The team is very professional and there is not much hierarchy.
The salary paid by Deloitte is not commensurate to the work. Appraisal, especially at Deloitte, India are not up to the mark and overall I believe you are underpaid significantly at Deloitte.
Work policy: being a consultant with Deloitte, I only have to go to the client site. There is no requirement to go to the Deloitte office as such.

I love the work culture and the people in general at Deloitte.
Don't get me wrong Deloitte is amazing. I do not like my current Project as it is a complete waste of resources. Management just likes to experiment a lot and waste money and time on unwanted resources. If their decision fails, just before anyone gets to know, they leave the team or jump ship, and we, the rest, are left with a half-baked process. BTW it's just our process that's so bad in comparison. They are basically trying to reinvent the wheel when there are already full-proof processes that work and other much larger teams follow. The assistant managers make sure to gatekeep additional responsibilities to take all the credit. If you hear a wisp about Intela or a Job related to Intela don't think just run stay away. No budget No money No growth if you are lucky and survive long enough maybe but you will have better luck with overall growth somewhere else in Deloitte but not here. Do not join Intela Coaches encourage you for ADHOC work or extra work after work hours but don't be so naive that you will be valued in this team everything is lip service....Read More

There will no work life balance at all, they even give you work on every weekends, after office hours without any benefit. Less health benefits, what will you do with incremental salary if you not feeling good, will get any lifetime disease due to stress.

The people at Deloitte. It’s all about them. The culture is great and they pay well. I feel If you are working in a consulting environment, you cannot complain about the work. You just enjoy work and take those disconnects to relax and refill. They are paying well so I don’t have any complaints
