Ad2Pro has been giving a family kind of environment and support. During this lockdown many companies have layed off employees without any notice. But the situation was handled in a better way here at Ad2pro. I feel really proud to be a part of Ad2Pro family. It might be a declining stage for the company now but we are confident that adwpro will come back in a much bigger shape back.

It will be a tough situation for anyone to leave the company like it is tough to leave a family member. Unfortunately the negative part is same as the positive one.

Deloitte digital ( acquired this company- madras global formerly known as 2adpro ) Friendly and supportive colleagues. If you are humble enough, you can make awesome friends there Work is not that tough. Anyone can do it if good in English. Direct communication with onshore clients. Basically it is a non voice process and has both day and early morning shifts(anz shift) Had a Happy and funny work life at this company. If you are at your early career stage ( 0-3 years of experience) this is an awesome place to work less pressure. You can chitchat with your friends and no one will bother you : if you correctly finish your work within the schedule. Everything is good here. As everything has some cons: Salary is low. This is a good company, if you got selected, kindly have salary negotiation. Hike and growth opportunities are average This is a really good company for a freshers (To gain experience)
