Job Security wise it is good as there are different technologies to support you can opt out for anything. Higher Management have got the total say and they take some decisions which the employees have to get suffered . Company policies which are pretty much same as all MNC's

Mainly as it is product company training and learning are good and work life balance is also good depends upon the project you support

Too much politics. Negatively impacts the work. Bad compensation strategy. Biased and not transparent. Leadership is not bothered about well being of existing employees. You will only get attention when you either blackmail. Effort is not directly proportional to growth or compensation

Some projects the knowledge you gain might not be at par with the industry . As in new technologies and their adoption in some projects is lower which can affect you in your personal growth. Other than that a really good company to work with.

1) Management - There is only one channel for the communication - top to bottom. No view or thoughts goes from Employees to management. There is no one who listen to the employees view. Lots of decisions are taken at Management level and then they force you to follow the same.

Not good for contractors as policies not applicable

If they required for any urgent requirement, they will take as contractors and Managers never mind about the contractors. If they the project about to end Manager never contact us, he will directly inform consultancy to start notice period without informing us. Never ever join this as contractor which will effect your career, also less salary compare to permanent and no respect from them. No value for contractors until unless they have project.
