I really recommend not to take a illletrate HR they don't know how to analyze a issue and find a solution for that they dont have a self knowledge to do a simple thing I hate that HRs to the core

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
