Salary is supposed to be the best in the industry.

Dislikes

Pay is very unfair. In my team my junior is paid more than me, even though I have more work experience and I have a masters degree. you can forget about overtime pay, but due to the work volume you will end up doing it most of the time.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
