Likes

Very good work culture and friendly management. Although your work experience vastly varies depending upon the team you are in. Luckily the team I am working for had good management and liberal leadership.

Dislikes

Even though current compensation is good. Previous were not good enough. Internal movement is a little difficult.

Work Details

Job kind of gets boring if you have stayed in a single team for quite long. You become a master at what you are doing basically and the only thing is to get promoted or jump to another team.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
