When I joined from college everything seemed to be great ,But my department hires from Universities there is no voice for you as a employee ...it's more like a school there teachers ( here manager ) tell you what to do .... And you do exactly that .not exactly a place for career development aswell .

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
