Likes

Legacy EMC was great place to work. Dell EMC is going in an aerage way. Its still a great place to learn & opportunities are there for any career growth. But due to few bad policies especially in compensation & benifits the value has gone down.

Promotions - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

After the Dell take over most of the things are confusing and there are policy changes which is not implemented in a correct way. Especially the compensation & benifits policy changes are very badly implemented in 2017.

Work Details

Work for Dell Financial Services for Openscale Solutions.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
