The hierarchy is strictly maintained in every department, leaving no freedom for teachers to operate independently. The Principal is excessively focused on a select group of so-called "founder teachers" who, in my opinion, lack sufficient caliber. This favoritism is likely to persist as long as she remains in charge. The school imposes unnecessary work pressure on its staff. The work pattern is terrible and inefficient. Dislikes

The worst place to be employed at. The English department is terrible and widespread politics in prevalent in the English department which is mainly due to the arrogant nature of its Headmaster. Promotion is dependent on personal favors.
