I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Likes

Staff is good and very cooperative provides family like experience. Officers from Civil services who come on deputation at higher positions provide good opportunity to learn from their experience.

Dislikes

The growth is at stagnant. The absence of continuity of head of the office contributes to absence of a long term policy which has damaged the organisation badly.
