It is not a dislike but improper functions and processes. It is fact that bank is a growing but, I personally believe that it is not happening at a larger level or even I may not know. As a common employee, there is much more to be improved in the bank. Comparatively less salary packages but can't be balmed for the stiff competition and cost management.
Work Details
Work is repetitive but audit is never a boring work because of its implicit thrills. Other things at work like supervisor, work place and eminities provided.. it is an average response from me. Work pressure is very low when you compare with other banks.
