First and foremost thing is, you can directly speak up with the head of department or even directly to senior management. It is quite easy to communicate any inconvenience being caused and the policies and processes are improving day by day. This bank is a small private sector bank where the growth is available in all means. It is better for the people starting their career. Dislikes

It is not a dislike but improper functions and processes. It is fact that bank is a growing but, I personally believe that it is not happening at a larger level or even I may not know. As a common employee, there is much more to be improved in the bank. Comparatively less salary packages but can't be balmed for the stiff competition and cost management.

Work Details

Work is repetitive but audit is never a boring work because of its implicit thrills. Other things at work like supervisor, work place and eminities provided.. it is an average response from me. Work pressure is very low when you compare with other banks.
