Great work culture, nil politics, supportive supervisors, great colleagues, lots of room for employees to take initiatives - you are always encouraged, R&R for employees (non HR) is good, transparent promotion cycle

Poor pay scale, very low salary hike despite good ratings, low variable pay, not a good pay master, better to negotiate good salary hike while joining the bank

Nothing such to dislike. Since I was there for 2 months, so I would not expect to learn everything within that limited period of time. Rather I was given many opportunities to learn more.
