Small bank with potential of fast growth

Dislikes

Being small and not properly established bank with very small branch network, it's very difficult to achieve desired goal/Targets. Besides staff strength is very less in branches and stability/vintage of good staff is less as less salary packages are offered to working staff in comparison to existing Compitition.

As i am a component of a organization i cant judge any dislike about dcb. As bank is in its developing period you may face competitive task overall bank policies are set in a such a way that its provide sustainable development that meets the current trendz of growing financial sector
