Apart from having work life Balance due to low numbers nothing is worth appreciating. You will have regular teams calls on bank holidays just to satisfy seniors ego. No value additions or support from seniors and they are only busy managing managing giving them rosey pictures and sucking blood of ground staff and making them feel unworthy

Dislikes

ED Heads etc are busy giving rosey picture to management and sucking blood of juniors.Middle level managers and Juniors are not guided and given due respect they deserve. No skill development. If you want good salary and want to use DBS as a jumping stand then join and leave

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
