Defaming women. Talking ill about managers and there are a lot of guy talks happening around the office. No respect for people there. HR is not professional. Very biased managers.

It was a great experience working with Sterling. It was challenging in the beginning but everyone in the company helped me to have confidence in the role. Sterling has Good work culture for both men and women, professional growth, learning, attractive salary hike, flexi hours and friendly managers. work life balance is made so easy. The HR is very supportive and encouraging.

There can be freshers hiring. They mainly concentrate on experienced than freshers.
