Once an outstanding company, now reduced to a shell of its former self.

Dislikes

Leadership and their disdain for business growth, employee retention. No more focused on growth, leadership are taking the company apart, breaking it down to smaller chunks and spinning it off to the highest bidder. Every day there's a product or technology retirement, silent layoffs. Its hard to look for jobs outside because you have 0 achievements to speak of. In Csg already massive layoffs has happened Citrix had two office in Bangalore in which employees have been laid off and now we have one office. Tech support and customer service is outsourced. A very beautiful product organization especially for freshers to kick start their carrier. We get a chance to learn alot of things in terms of communication, technology culture etc. We get food , cab , allowances. We get to know the value of Citrix once you come out of the organisation.
