Worst company to join. Lot of Job insecurity. If women employee report on harassment , no care about it. Harrasaments policy are exist for name sake. When women employee on harrasament, hr who is also women , returns back to employee threatening with legal letter to not to raise a voice and to keep quite thereby asking to resign and walk away from company instead of giving justice to the victim. Such worst leadership ever seen, no one respond including vp's and cto on harrasament emails when reported. Not safe for women to join. ....Read More

Being part of the support team it was exhausting because of micro management and promotion was slow. However other departments are good

Extremely strict management. People are supposed to work from office everyday mandatorily. very strict work timings. Toxic culture. The CEO is the worst. Everyone has to be in office for 9 hours, no matter they have work or not. no work from home.
