Water facility is not good,no water for washroom. Everyday up and down happening for girl's bcz of washroom issue. No promotion ,no improvement in salary also,no growth

Datamatics is good for training, they give overall training to employee. U.S tax training in really good, other companies not teach every point . But salary is less than other companies. We are not satisfied with salary, no chance for growth in this company. You can take experience and search other company bcz salary is higher in outside companies.

Not good company to work, if you want to work only 3 to 4 month for experience then it's fine. But no future here. They paid very nigligible salary. No financial growth and satisfaction. They fired 500 plus employee in corona time and didn't give them any financial support to anyone. Work load is hight and they paid for it very very less. Work under pressure.
