They hire mostly to deploy there resources to different different clients like Bosch, Honeywell. After joining here associates will be kind of contact to hire only but Datamatics will tell you will be permanent here. My experience was horrible here, I was deployed to Robert bosch and when I dropped my paper no one was replying fromDatamatics, I kept sending reminder mail and kept calling to HR and manager but no one was responding, once my manager picked my call and when I asked why u guys are not replying they said I can't release you within 30 days(my official notice period) saying you have dependency there, But when I didn't agreed my manager said we are not going to release you go do whatever you want to do. Finally after doing lots of Natak they released you. From HR to manager, all are highly unprofessional. So be aware from Datamatics....Read More
