1. You get to work with good clients like BOSCH as I'm put there which helps for career growth.

Dislikes

1. The Reporting Managers are worst. They don't have any ethics or professionalism. 2. No HIKEs given and if you inquire about it the reporting manager will not attend your call from next time as he gets to know your number. 3. When applying for resignation, it has to be done through portal. Many employees who work in client location doesn't know this. They inform the Reporting Manager and he doesn't approve. A colleague of mine lost 2 jobs and had to stay for 4 months as he was not aware of the process. 4. You cannot encash your earned leaves even when you are leaving the company. It is only for Overseas employees i.e for people who go out of India. 5. You will never get permanent because you will sign agreeing to their terms and conditions where one clause says "You should not work for clients or join their companies after leaving Datamatics for 12 months". 6. Even though you put your resignation through the portal still the Reporting Manager will not send a mail approving your last date. 7. If you are fresher then join here and leave after 1 year.
