Nothing in particular but payment wise company is OK and depending on the job role work-life balance may be achievable.

I am part of a team where the work pressure is very high, although the work load itself is not high but the expectations that have been set produce a environment that is very toxic. Individuals' talents are not valued and are expected to work like a programmed robot with zero error rate. Even tiniest of the mistakes are reported to the managers as feedback. Individuals' feedback are also not valued. Though it is a captive, the expectation from the team is just to follow the orders without questions.
