The work life balance is something to look up for. The average annual hike is good. You are not micromanaged. Nobody keeps a track of the amount of time you spend in the campus or outside the campus. This feels like working at corporate not like some school where you have to strictly maintain some attendance. I do not feel restricted to sit on my desk which is a relief. And the work from home policy is flexible unless you take undue advantage of it. Transport facility is affordable and mostly pleasant in service....Read More

Dislikes

The attrition that happens. Focus should be on upscaling the existing workforce based on their aspirations and interests. Too many management changes. Too much regionalism but I guess that’s everywhere.
