Bad Managers (chaploos managers), Unskilled managers, No value of employee life, no appraisal, Managers don't know, how to Talk. You will always insecure for your job in this company. They are not giving any notice if fire. Late payment of salary. Late appraisals. Late payment of FnF(approx one year - in multiple instalments, when you send multiple e-mails and phone call). No HR policies in benefit of employee, only policies to torture their employee. All employee are frustrated with their job in worst environment. Damco can give you a high package even more than your market value and they will treat you like a bonded labour. No work life balance, no job satisfaction and then can fire you whenever they want. Also you will never get full and final settlement after you'll leave the job. I worked for 6 months and whole team got changed within 6 months because everyone is absconding from the company. I choose same because after I resigned, they started giving me very hard time and I had no option left but to quit immediately.
