Job Title: Business Development Manager OutSystems for APAC Region
Location: Remote
Experience Level: 8+ Years
About the Position: Damco Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in expanding our OutSystems-based low-code technology offerings. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the OutSystems platform and a proven track record in driving sales and building strong client relationships. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth through innovative OutSystems solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Development:
o Identify and target key markets and industries where Outsystems solutions can have the most impact.
o Develop a deep understanding of client needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape to position Damco Solutions' Outsystems offerings effectively.
o Create and implement go-to-market strategies to expand our presence in the OutSystems technology space.
2. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
o Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
o Engage with potential clients to understand their business challenges and propose tailored OutSystems solutions that meet their needs.
o Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals.
3. Strategic Partnerships:
o Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including IT leaders, decision-makers, and industry influencers.
o Collaborate with technology partners and vendors to enhance Damco Solutions' Outsystems offerings and create joint go-to-market strategies.
o Identify and pursue opportunities for strategic partnerships that can drive business growth.
4. Sales Strategy & Execution:
o Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
o Present Damco Solutions' OutSystems solutions to clients, demonstrating the value and impact of our technology on their business processes.
o Work closely with technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
5. Market Intelligence:
o Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in OutSystems technology, industry trends, and customer needs.
o Provide feedback to the product development team at Damco Solutions to help shape our OutSystems offerings and ensure they align with market demands.
o Analyze market data to identify emerging opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
6. Reporting & Performance Management:
o Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to senior management at Damco Solutions.
o Regularly review sales activities and outcomes to ensure alignment with business goals and adjust strategies as needed.
o Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of business development initiatives.
