Mendix Developer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Mendix Technical Specialist to join our team and contribute to the development of LCNC Projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in low-code development using Mendix, application architecture, and integrations. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical leadership, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions that align with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise applications using Mendix low-code platform.
• Provide technical leadership and best practices for Mendix development.
• Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Integrate Mendix applications with third-party systems, APIs, and databases.
• Ensure performance optimization, security, and scalability of applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing Mendix applications.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Mendix development.
• Strong understanding of Mendix architecture, microflows, and page modeling.
• Experience in integrating Mendix applications with REST/SOAP APIs, databases, and third-party services.
• Proficiency in Mendix Security, User Roles, and Performance Optimization.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Mendix Certification (Intermediate/Advanced)
• Experience in the insurance domain or financial services.
• Familiarity with cloud deployments (AWS/Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Java, JavaScript, or other scripting languages for Mendix custom development.
