Availability : Immediate Joiner.

Location : Delhi NCR/remote.

Shift Timings : 12:00 Noon to 9:00 PM IST.

Role Overview :

- We are looking for an MDM Architect with 10+ years of experience in data architecture, master data management, governance, and analytics, particularly.

- The candidate should have strong client engagement skills, with the ability to gather requirements directly from customers and design efficient, secure, and scalable data solutions.

- This role requires a strategic thinker who can provide expert guidance on enterprise data management and governance solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Engage with clients to understand business needs and define MDM requirements.

- Design, implement, and optimize robust MDM architectures to ensure data consistency and quality.

- Develop data privacy and security frameworks that align with regulatory standards.

- Evaluate, recommend, and implement best-fit solutions for data management and governance.

- Lead the integration of MDM solutions with enterprise systems and data platforms.

Required Skills and Expertise :

- Proven expertise in Master Data Management (MDM), Data Governance, Data Privacy & Security, and Golden Record Management.

- Proficiency in MDM tools such as Informatica, Profisee, SAP, and Reltio.

- Hands-on experience with Data Governance tools, including Microsoft Purview and Unity Catalog.

- Experience with cloud platforms like Azure and AWS.

- Strong understanding of data integration, quality, lineage, and management principles.

- Knowledge of the insurance domain (Good to have).

Soft Skills :

- Excellent communication and client engagement capabilities, with a proactive approach.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex data challenges.

- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.

- Proven ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with clarity.
