The company really helps to learn new technologies by enrolling ourselves to new technologies and provides an opportunity to take up initiatives as and when needed. Also, it gives you opportunity to switch roles when asked.

The only thing that did not like is attendance process and salary rollout process.

First, when you enter the campus, it seems like how open culture and free time people are having roaming around but Daffodil is a mirage camouflage. When you visit the HR, they will show how important you are. Soon, you will get to hear a lot of processes oriented (on paper) terminologies to think your previous company was a crap. Once, you think to join, there would be a lot of detailing about the arrears/variables/medical/parking/coupons, etc. that will ease up your wallet unknowingly. One major thing - They provide the interview date parking for free, rest billable. Now, once you start working it might take 1 month for anyone to understand that this place is a full political playground where the unskilled people are holding their places by buttering to their managers. As far as technical seminars/training are concerned, you can hardly find any. The management is busy increasing their numbers by exploiting the new resources and making all the money available on the earth. There is no job security as you can get fired any given day if you fail to please your management. They will promise that the company is 5 days working but it's a 6 day working without any additional pay. The management problem is they can't see any employee happy if they found any facebook image they will call a status meeting. Your salary will be cut without any prior notice and if you come 5 minutes late to the office, your half-day salary is deducted. I dislike being creative, thinking out of the box, working sincerely without any interference. I really dislike being honest and thinking to excel in my career growth.

I would like to be honest here, If you are a fresher, I am suggesting you do not join here as the Company will bring your morale down to such a level that you would think you can't do anything outside this area.

in hisar team all managers are horrible and also you can’t take off even the company off or holiday. Our pay decided by GM not by your performance. If employees do work till 2AM after that you need to came in morning
