company has an open work culture, supportive & friendly senior colleagues, flat hierarchy, flexible timings, nice learning opportunities for freshers, good code standards in some practices

resource management policies can be improved, quality & availability of IT assets and development workstations is a must to improve, RM team should update the training strategies for freshers joining remotely during covid.
