Nothing , Even their salary date is not fixed .

Dislikes

Management and work environment is so bad. Their senior behave like supremo of the company,they have no idea about how to handle with employee. They forcing for the work even in health issues. My strongly believes is that don't go to this agency.

Good work environment and culture.Team mates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 yras before which you cannot resign.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! Struggle a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
